I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this location and would not recommend it.
The room and facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. There were no updated outlets or usable plugs—the outlets were so loose that it was difficult to plug anything in or keep chargers connected.
During our stay, I was bitten by bed bugs. I have included photos showing the bites that appeared afterward. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious cleanliness and health concerns.
The sauna was not functional—it was cold, and there was no visible temperature control or indication that it was working at all. Additionally, there was visible mold on the divider between the indoor and outdoor pool areas, which is especially concerning in a humid environment where cleanliness should be a top priority.
To make matters worse, the staff experience was unpleasant. The woman working during breakfast was rude and refused to allow us, as paying guests, to change the TV channel. This interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
The only positive part of this stay was the woman who checked us in — she was kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, that was the only bright spot.
Between the bed bug bites, mold, non-functioning amenities, outdated electrical outlets, and poor customer service, this stay was not worth the cost. I strongly suggest management address these issues immediately for the safety and comfort of future guests.
