«It was my first time at this hotel. I stayed at Versace the last time and wanted to give this one a try. Both hotels are top-tier hotels while the vibe is different on each. In terms of service, I think Karl Lagerfeld wins. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and the new butler service is superior. «We requested a non-smoking room, but there wan an obvious smell every time we entered the room. In addition, one can hear everything that happens right outside the room. These two things are unfortunate ass we were traveling with an infant and impacted our experience. If not, the service and consideration would provide a great experience. »

«Very nice good Hotel that i reccomend, its value for money. The amazing 38 Floor Bar is in the neighbour building and really worth to go there for a drink or som food, its also a nice place for long walks and some nice coffee shops around the park nearby. I liked this hotel, good value for money!»

«Fredelig resort på denne tiden av året, vekk fra støy og ståk på Cotai strip. 15 min med shuttlebus fra sentrum. Rommet var stort med fin terrasse og vi fikk havutsikt. Bestilte uten frokost, da den var urimelig dyr. Hadde med frokostmat som vi spiste på rommet. Spiste middag en dag i nærmeste landsby, ca 20 min gåtur langs stranda. Fint bassengområde og treningssenter, samt spa med forskjellige behandlinger. Godt fornøyd med fotmassasje.»
