Hoteller nær Gaisano City Mall

«Excellent for the value and convenient location especially since it’s still new and clean. No amenities to speak of yet. Slight hitch with the card key not working initially on the two separate occasions we stayed there otherwise everything else was very good.»

«Breakfast price are huge.its not suitable to a person that only eat small amount of food.for the price of breakfast.you are paying more than 50 items.just for you to choice. So my recommendation is there’s a McDonald around the block and just get minimal meal for a small amount of money.»

«Staff are helpful. Room is spacious.»

«Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies»

«The place needs to be cleaned. We killed two roaches during our stay. And there is no proper instruction how to get inside.»

«Clean room and accommodating staff»

«The property is clean and the service is great. Host/staff are very responsive and accomodating.»

«Bra hotell »

«Thru Travelocity I booked 2 rooms and each was supposed to have 3 beds in each room and what I was give when I got there was one room with 3 beds and one room with 2 beds, and ahe had the audacity to charge me extra for the extra people after not giving me the 2nd room I paid for with 3 beds.»

«Stayed here for 13 nights at the Grand deluxe room, the room itself was half ok, the bed was two (maybe) 4 foot beds put together so you could feel the crack in the middle. First impression is that the bed is huge and the ac cover had fall down, the colors of the room was quite dark and the lighting was very white. At closer look there was two water bottles a kettle and coffee cups but no coffee. The fridge in the room didnt work. We had a room on the fifth floor which the reseptionist told us ...

«Thanks»

«Staff was good»

«I booked this hotel for the night because it advertised “24hr Front Desk “ I anticipated I would arrive after 1:00am morning. This not the case no front desk attendant. I waited for approximately 3/4 hr hopefully someone would arrive. I also rang the advertised phone number “no answer” I then had find another hotel at 2:00am not easy to do. Extremely poor.»
