Upon arrival, I approached the reception desk to check in. The receptionist asked me to step aside so he could assist the guest behind me, stating that I had additional questions. I agreed without issue. However, after assisting not only that guest but two additional guests while I was still waiting, I asked if he could please complete my check-in. He then proceeded to assist me.
During check-in, I was assigned a room with one king bed for three guests. I did not notice the room type until I entered the room, at which point I returned to the front desk to request the originally reserved room with two queen beds. The receptionist appeared hesitant but ultimately reassigned me to a room on the fourth floor with two queen beds.
Unfortunately, the condition of the reassigned room was unsatisfactory. The floors had not been vacuumed, the trash cans had no liners, only two towels were provided for three guests, and the bathtub did not drain properly.
Later that day, I requested an additional set of towels. After waiting approximately three hours without receiving them, I followed up with the front desk. A different staff member promptly provided the towels and was courteous and helpful. I also informed him about the drainage issue in the bathtub and the need for the room to be vacuumed. He assured me that someone would address these concerns.
That evening, housekeeping vacuumed the room and made the beds. However, the bathtub remained dirty due to standing water and soap residu
