Elendig air condition på rommet øydela for all søvn. Gammelt og ubrukelig kjøleanleg.

Old and a bit outdated, but with a good location. Nice garden. Good value as the hotel is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Gaeta.

Ferie i Gaeta
Hotellet ligger på stranden og består av en gammel og en ny del. Me bodde i den gamle delen, som har sett bedre dager. Badet var nyoppuset og fint. Betjeningen i resepsjonen og restauranten hadde problema med engelsk. Frokosten var veldig enkel og eg savn litt utvalg. Synes hotellet kosta mer enn det var verdt.

Summer holyday
Very nice location, close to the beach. Most of the restaurants are in the old city app. 25min. walk away. But a nice walk. Old but nice hotel. We had only breakfast there, and it was ok. Spacious triple room with great view to the beach and sunset. We stayed one week with our 2 year old son, and he loved the beach. Hotel has a swimmingpool but we used it only once. Prefered the beach. Quiet and over all a nice hotel. Did not use the hotel area on the beach, but other areas on the nice beach.

I was visiting a friend in Gaeta. I stayed for a week. I am from the US. Get the ocean view with a balcony. The view is great. I usually stay in Hiltons and Marriotts. This is comparable, with a few very minor exceptions. No waste can in bedroom only in bathroom. Furniture slightly more worn, not bad though, at all. The staff were very good. Breakfast was international style. Restaurant food was good. Technology was obviously outdated because things were on paper at the front desk. On the whole for the price, beachfront you cannot beat it.

Non ci aspettavamo più di tanto da questo hotel, siamo arrivati pensando che ci saremmo dovuti accontentare, invece sono stati quattro giorni indimenticabili, complice la meraviglia di Gaeta che ci circondava, il mare che ci ha fatto compagnia col rumore delle sue onde, il personale dell'hotel incredibilmente professionale. Non c'è stato nulla che sia andato storto, tutto intorno a noi ha contribuito a creare dei bellissimi ricordi. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura con il cuore triste, perché ci dispiaceva andare via. Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare e speriamo presto ❤

Hotel in cute little beach town
Hotel Serapo is in a great location right on the beach. Many amenities are not open mid October. Private beach is closed, pool is closed. A bit confusing to figure out where the restaurant is. There are 2 buildings. The beds and pillows were evil. Nice staff.

Struttura un pò ferma agli anni 80 ma le camere sono comode e confortevoli. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile. Nei mesi estivi si può scegliere la piscina con idromassaggio (compresa nel prezzo della camera) o la spiaggia privata sul bellissimo litorale di Serapo ad un prezzo ragionevole.

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean, the beach and the city (depending on which side is your room). Very easy to walk to many restaurants. We walked all the way to the end of the town very easy. The only down side is the maids did not respect the do not disturb sign on the door. But overall it was great!

Extra charges for everything OLD Mattresses Hotel
The hotel appears to be quite outdated, with old mattresses that are uncomfortable. However, the staff members are very pleasant and the cleaning service is exceptional. It is important to note that the hotel's cleanliness is not due to the property's condition. If you plan on visiting the beach, be aware that there are extra charges for everything, as none of it is included in the already exorbitant price considering the conditions of this outdated hotel.

Liked: right on serapo beach, easy cheap parking, nice balcony, good breakfast, close to everything in gaeta, 5 min drive to old gaeta. Cons: walls are thin so you can hear people being intimate, babies crying for hours, peolple literally doing anything, rooms and facilities are ugly and beyond out dated, showers are tiny and theres no room to be inside w the doors closed so your floor will have water everywhere when youre done, staff does not care about their guests i didnt have towels in my room after they cleaned so i called the front desk and asked for some at 1330 they said okay we will take them to you i come back at 1530 to no towels again and not able to shower, so i go to the front desk and they told me at 1900 they would have the cleaning lady bring me towels i said no now, so they said okay we will bring them. I go down to the beach for an hour come to my room.. no towels.. so i go to the front desk and this woman gives me towels after laughing at me. I go to the room only to find that all the towels were smaller. A blonde hair blue eye man was the person i spoke to multiple times and lied to me multiple times about bringing towels. This hotel desk staff treat their guests bad so does the short hair chubby parking guy who wont move the barriers for you to park. The hotel is terribly decorated its weird. If it wasnt cheap and on the beach i wouldnt have stayed there but i wont again... awful service

Nice hotel but…..
This is a beautiful location right on the ocean. Room was clean. Check in was easy. The shower was good That is where the good ends. During our stay there were multiple school groups staying that would take over the hotel, constant yelling and noise. We stayed 4 Nights, our room was over a patio and 3 of the 4 nights the teenagers had a party on the patio with the music so loud it shook the room. When we complained the first night they said it was only 1 night but that was not true- it continued the next two. Staff was not helpful at all and did not have any consideration for other paying guests. The have a beautiful beach but they would not provide a chair to sit at it. Breakfast was not self serve, and you felt they discouraged you to ask for items. Overall it was very disappointing and I would advise anyone looking at booking g this hotel to inquire if there are any school groups booked in at that time.

The hotel was lovely,the only down side was that I booked a lovely room online and a few hrs later discovered it was for the wrong date, they would not change the date, i knew it was not refundable and only wanted to make the stay sooner. I had to book the same room a second time and no accomodation was made for my booking date error. I had already confirmed plans to meet friends there.

E' assurdo che pur avendo pagato un prezzo quasi pieno mi debba trovare in hotel con una gita scolastica di centinaia di studenti. Ero a Gaeta per lavoro e quando sono sceso per la colazione la sala era stracolma di studenti con fila chilometrica al self service
