Home Concept Gace 3 is a 35 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide a comfortable stay for 4 people. The property is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building with elevator.

The layout is as follows:

- Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hair dryer
- Terrace with table and chairs

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

The apartment is located in the town of Gacé, a charming Normandy town surrounded by green hills. You can explore the town's picturesque streets, as well as its stores, restaurants and cafés. The famous Château de Gacé is also close to the apartment. There are many places of interest in the surrounding area, including the national stud farm at Le Pin, and the famous towns of Camembert, Livarot, Lisieux and L'Aigle.

The Rue des Anciens Fossés neighborhood in Gacé is ideally located for exploring this charming Normandy town. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you'll find several shops and restaurants, as well as a weekly local market where you can discover local produce.

Nature lovers can enjoy beautiful walks in the grounds of the Château de Gacé or along the surrounding footpaths. Golfers can indulge their passion at the Belleme golf course, just 20 minutes away by car.

For travelers wishing to discover the jewels of Normandy, the apartment is an hour's drive from the D-Day landing beaches, the historic city of Caen and Mont-Saint-Michel.

In terms of transport, the apartment is just 20 minutes from the L'Aigle and Bernay train stations, providing easy access to the towns of Lisieux and Argentan. By car, the A28 freeway is just 5 minutes away, providing access to the Normandy coast.
