No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you respect the apartment and neighbors by not hosting any parties or events.

No guests. For the comfort and security of all our guests, only the individuals listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval. This ensures that everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant experience at our place.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require flexibility, please contact us in advance.

Keys: Please take care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly when using the balcony. Let’s maintain a friendly atmosphere in the building.

Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins located as described in the garbage section. Help us keep the space clean!
