Residência Lord Freitas I is a functional and comfortable studio apartment, designed to provide a practical and pleasant stay in the center of Funchal. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this space combines simplicity, comfort, and a privileged location.

The studio features a comfortable double bed within a well-organized and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring our island. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals easily and independently, whether for short or longer stays.

The layout of the space has been carefully planned to maximize comfort and functionality, creating a harmonious and efficient atmosphere. Its central location allows guests to walk almost everywhere, making a car unnecessary during their stay.

AREA

Located in the center of Funchal, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, and essential services. Just a few minutes’ walk from tourist attractions, historic areas, and public transportation, it offers an authentic, practical, and convenient urban experience—ideal for exploring the city with ease.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
