REID'S GARDENS

Reid's Gardens is one of Funchal's most exclusive oceanfront residential condominiums, set in one of the city's most prestigious areas, with mature landscaped gardens and a location directly facing the Atlantic.



OUR FORMER RESIDENCE

Before becoming a Madeira Nests apartment, this was our own private residence. We remodeled it in 2019 for residential rather than short-term rental use, with an emphasis on quality, comfort, and long-term living.

RESPECTFUL COMMUNITY

The building is home to both long-term and short-term residents. No parties or loud noise are permitted, and guests are expected to respect shared spaces and keep them clean. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

HOUSEKEEPING

Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee. Longer stays include complimentary weekly cleaning.

GUEST IDENTIFICATION

In accordance with Portuguese regulations, all guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
