This spacious and welcoming home offers a comfortable setting for families and groups, with thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, modern amenities, and inviting spaces to relax and spend quality time together.

On the main level, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor. The adjacent bathroom features modern fixtures and a refreshing shower, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

Upstairs, four additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. Two bedrooms feature single beds, making them ideal for children or friends, while the other two offer comfortable double beds for a restful night's sleep. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a dishwasher and quality cooking utensils. The dining table provides a welcoming space to gather for shared meals, family breakfasts, or relaxed dinners together.

Step outside to the patio, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors and make the most of your stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note, there is no elevator, so pack light for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Funchal, Madeira, offering a wonderful base for discovering the island’s vibrant capital and its breathtaking natural surroundings. Set in a residential area, the property provides a relaxing atmosphere while keeping the city’s main attractions within easy reach.

Guests can explore Funchal’s historic Old Town, Mercado dos Lavradores, and the beautiful marina, where traditional restaurants, cafés, and local shops create a welcoming atmosphere. The famous Monte Palace Tropical Garden and the scenic cable car ride overlooking the city are also highlights worth experiencing.

Madeira’s spectacular landscapes are never far away, with panoramic viewpoints, lush mountain scenery, and scenic levada walking trails waiting to be discovered. The island’s coastline and beaches are also accessible by car, perfect for enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.

This is an excellent base for experiencing Madeira’s natural beauty, local gastronomy, charming streets, and unforgettable ocean and mountain views.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stops are approximately a 3–5 minute walk away, with connections to Funchal city centre and other areas of Madeira.

As Madeira does not have a railway network, buses are the main form of public transport.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
