Forum Plaza I – Elegance with Sea View

Forum Plaza I is an elegant four-bedroom apartment located on the top floor of a building in one of Funchal’s most privileged areas. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it stands out for its spacious interiors, modern and welcoming décor, and pleasant sea views throughout several areas of the apartment.

The large and comfortable living and dining room opens onto a south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying Madeira’s mild climate all year round. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and separate outdoor laundry space, offering all the functionality needed for both short and extended stays.

The private area includes a master suite with a King Size bed and private bathroom, an additional suite with a shared balcony, a bedroom ideal for children with a single bed featuring a pull-out bed, and another bedroom with two single beds and a north-facing balcony. There is also a guest bathroom supporting the common areas.

For extra comfort, the living room includes a Bluetooth speaker, and the apartment offers two private parking spaces in the building’s garage.

The location provides easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches and the city’s main attractions, making Forum Plaza I an excellent choice for family holidays or longer stays in Funchal.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
