Modern-style apartment with minimalist decor throughout. This accommodation, located on the 2nd floor of a recently-built, ultra-modern building, has two bedrooms with double beds, a balcony, a dressing room and two bathrooms, one of which is a private bathroom with a bathtub and the other a shared bathroom with a shower.
The living room is divided into two areas, a dining area and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and cable TV. The access to the outside, to a pleasant balcony overlooking the city of Funchal, offers a nice space with sun exposure, great for having a coffee, reading a book and relaxing. The large, fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and a laundry area.

AREA
Property located in Avenida das Madalenas, sleeping and quiet area, close to the accesses to the highway, both to the east and west of Madeira Island. This apartment is very close to a pleasant public garden, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Nearby, there are pastry shops and restaurants where you can enjoy our gastronomy or taste international dishes. Besides the nearby options, you can also go to Funchal city centre (five minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants.
Also, in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
