Needs Some Love

Madeira was beautiful, the home was nice and spacious but much more dated than in the photos. It was fully stocked which was nice to cook in, and lots of space to roam around with a beautiful view. To note: Wifi is not strong throughout the top floor, a TV wasn't working, power went out numerous times and there was a stench that lingered from the bathrooms that lasted the whole stay. I did message the host about these issues at the end of our stay so they can improve this for the next guest. As noted, beautiful but needs some love.

Trip of a life time

We celebrated my moms 75th birthday. Her bucket list consisted of seeing Portugal where her family was from. We started our vaca in Madeira at this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean and a perfect place for family to gather. We felt safe and truly enjoyed all the amenities... the work out room, pool table and pool. The host was easy to talk to and very accommodating. Truly appreciate the opportunity to rent your space. I would recommend for sure!

Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben ons vermaakt met de pool tafel en de fitness ruimte. Ligging locatie is centraal tussen luchthaven en Funchai. Fantastisch uitzicht en prachtig eiland. We hadden vrij laat geboekt en communicatie was prima.

Carlota was very helpful with everything we needed. It’s a beautiful Villa great for a group of friends like we had. Great local restaurant just down the hill 3 minute drive or 15 minutes to Funchal. It also has everything you need to stay home and cook or catch of the day and just hang out.

Catching up with family on the island of Madeira

Beautiful villa, everything you need for your stay, lovely pool, bbq area, lots of space, off road parking and laundry facilities. Beds quiet hard, some bathrooms a bit outdated and location is stunning but a car is a must as there is no cafes/shops within walking distance. Overall a good place to stay.

Séjour 1 semaine à Funchal

Nous avons séjourné du 14 au 21 mai dans cette magnifique maison très bien agencée. La location s’est faite la veille suite à un problème avec une autre agence et la facilité avec laquelle Babi nous a réservé ce logement est à souligner. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur les hauteurs de Funchal. S’il y avait un bémol à faire, ce serait sur les aboiements nocturnes des chiens des voisins mais il y en a partout sur l’île et la fenêtre fermée cela ne pose pas de problème. Encore merci à Babi qui nous a sauvé notre séjour.

Nice place

House is older and some stuff needs replacing and sprucing up but other than that pool was amazing, view was amazing, house was big and there was a lot of room to have family over. The office shares the same gate as you and is basically attached to the house which is concerning for privacy but they never bothered us inside the house and we didn’t have a issue with them, but I can see how this may be a concern for others who want total privacy. Host was responsive and welcoming, any issues we had she would reply instantly and send someone to fix them so can’t fault the host at all. Only thing I would mention is that for the price of the house you would expect to have a few bottles of water and maybe some cheap wine when you arrive but the fridge was empty. We arrived at 9pm and had to find a open shop to get some water and some snacks. All around place was a good stay, we used the bbq area a lot and had many family gatherings which everyone enjoyed. 8/10 experience, I would book this villa again.
