Acqua Residence VI is an elegant and functional two-bedroom apartment located in a quiet residential area of Funchal, within a condominium offering excellent amenities. With capacity for 4 guests, it is perfect for couples, friends, or families who value comfort and location.

The property features two bedrooms: one suite with a double bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and a balcony with sea view; the other bedroom has a pull-out double bed, a private bathroom, and also access to the balcony. Both rooms are bright, cozy, and offer complete privacy.

The living area consists of a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and connected to a comfortable living room with access to the balcony. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.

The apartment includes private parking, elevator access, a shared swimming pool, and a gym, ensuring a practical and relaxing stay.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
