«Very nice and helpful staff! The breakfast buffet is small but all the options were very tasty. Super friendly people at the restaurant. Bus stop bound for Kashiwa train station is an easy 5 min walk or less. Convenient location across the street from Seven Park, a nice shopping mall.»

«Had a nice stay here over christmas. The hotel is nice and clean and have a friendly helpfull staff. It is close to the railwaistation. BUT it is to far to the centre to tokyo, about 30 minutes, so we booked another hotel in the same chain for our last 4 nights.»

«Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!»

«I’ve always liked staying at Toyoko inn, this one was my favorite. It has a beautiful park and lots of Sakura trees nearby by a river. Super friendly staff and clean. Awesome view at the top floor. Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo.»

«I stayed here for 8 nights during my trip to Tokyo. It’s a great location if you want to stay in a calmer area while having easy access to the city center via Nishi-Kasai Station. The room I had for a single person was a bit small when I was packing my suitcase, but other than that I have no complaints and would love to return in the future.»

«Great friendly staff and clean place. Breakfast is basically just convenience store foods but it’s free, so won’t complain.»

«Good view»

«Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, not only in Japan! The rooms are a great size (not your typical small rooms in Japan). The shower room was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have free shuttle to Disney parks. They have free luggage storage, a Lawsons accessible right from the hotel lobby. Was a 10 minute walk to a mall, convenience store and authentic restaurants. Close walk to paid shuttles (~1300 yen per adult) to both major airports. ...
