«They have 2 bedroom suites that could accommodate 6 persons and has washer/dryer in the suite. Good location, 5 minutes walk to train stations, plenty of options for dinner and lunch. Some cool activities for kids at the lobby. They dont provide snack or any other afternoon snacks, but they provide sake testing each night. »

«Stayed here for almost three weeks A home away from home, you got everything you need. The staff are really helpful, and they speak English well enough. If there is something you need, most things can be borrowed for free. We even borrowed a Nintendo Switch and Mario Party for free from the hotel! Room cleaning is every three days, but you can leave bags of trash outside the room before 12 if you want to. And if you need extra bags, toilet paper or towels, just ask the staff and they will ...

«Sakura cross hotel had exceeded our expectations even before we had gotten into our rooms. The staff was very friendly had helpful, and they were kind enough to put our luggage into our room for us. Going into the room, we were all surprised at how big it was as well as how unique the architecture was. The beds were very comfy, bathroom and shower were spotless, and there was tons of room for the many bags we had with us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kayabacho and ...

«The location was a bit far from popular areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku, but very convenient with short access to both Ginza and Akihabara. The bed was large and comfortable to sleep in, but the pillows were unfortunately so hard and uncomfortable that it really brought the experience down. The room was small but still functional, with enough space to fit four large suitcases without any problem. Another downside was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door every day, even with the “Do not ...

«Wonderful hotel to stay at the rooms were extremely clean and the bathrooms also super convenient and Clean. Great view of the river you would wake up to the work boats going around 6 AM. Only could hear the boats if you have your windows open, which we did. »

«My stay was okey. Room was good but it was irritating that at night 23.00 around that time I heard a lot of noise from linens getting delivered. I was on the 8th floor and my room was right next to a service room. That was very annoying and it ruined my nights when trying to sleep! Also the walk from station at night you will be harrassed by hookers and bouncers in the night life industry »

«the hotel was close to the subway so very easy to explore Tokyo. The room itself was decent size with a quiet aircon and soft blankets. The room was cleaned every 3 days and new towels everyday so one can go to the spa resort. »
