The apartment was fully renovated in 2016 and features cosy, carefully selected furnishings throughout, beginning with a large entrance hall that sets an elegant tone upon arrival.

The living and sleeping room is generously proportioned and includes 1 sofabed measuring 80 cm by 200 cm and 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This room opens directly onto one of the 2 large balconies. A dedicated bedroom offers 1 single bed alongside 1 double bed, while a small additional room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm. In total, the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms alongside the multifunctional living and sleeping area. The property features 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests. The large kitchen and living room is equipped with a dining nook and flows naturally into the social heart of the home, also providing direct access to the second balcony.
