The hot tub is available for an additional $250 per stay. While we strive to ensure it is clean, heated, and in working condition for your stay, HOT TUB AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED. Once payment is received, you will be given access to the hot tub key

THIS IS A STRICTLY NO MARIJUANA PROPERTY. Use, possession, or smoking of marijuana in any form is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the home, garage, patios, or surrounding property.

If there is evidence of marijuana use (including odor, ashes, paraphernalia, or residue), a minimum $350 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged to the guest’s account.

Illegal Status: Marijuana is a Schedule I controlled substance under Idaho law, making its sale and use illegal. This includes possession, cultivation, and distribution.

No Medical Marijuana Program: Idaho does not have a medical marijuana program. Therefore, it is illegal for residents or visitors to possess medical marijuana, including those with medical marijuana cards from other states.

Increased Penalties: In 2025, a new law imposed a mandatory minimum fine of $300 for individuals aged 18 and older convicted of simple marijuana possession of less than three ounces. Additional penalties include jail time (up to one year) and/or fines (up to $1,000).
