The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms comfortably sleep four guests. The master bedroom holds a queen bed, and the second bedroom features a set of bunk beds. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided for chilly nights. A spacious loft offers a relaxed spot for reading or gathering, though it is intended for lounging rather than sleeping.



Living spaces

Radiant heating keeps the interior cozy throughout winter. A Smart TV and fast Wi‑Fi support quiet evenings or a productive work session at the dedicated workspace. The sunroom, framed by large windows, looks directly into the surrounding woods—ideal for sipping coffee while watching snowfall drift. An indoor fireplace adds a decorative touch but is not functional.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen lets you prepare hearty breakfasts and relaxed dinners at your own pace. The adjacent dining area keeps everyone connected, making shared meals feel effortless. Basic kitchen essentials are stocked for convenience.



Outdoor living

The hot tub is available year‑round, offering a soothing soak on cold evenings. A private backyard includes a fire pit, BBQ grill, picnic table and a patio space for outdoor meals. Lake access is just a short walk away, with a path leading to a dock for quiet water views. The yard is not fully fenced, so dogs should be supervised; cats are not allowed due to allergy concerns.



Location & surroundings

A 15‑minute drive brings you to downtown Front Royal, where restaurants, shops and local favorites await. Shenandoah National Park is also about 15 minutes away, offering winter hikes and scenic drives. Breweries and wineries are within easy reach for relaxed outings year‑round.

Notes for guests

The indoor fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. A very slight smoke smell remains from previous owners; most guests do not notice it, but very sensitive travelers may prefer another setting. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs and walkways before each arrival, yet natural leaves and pollen may still be present, especially in certain seasons. Your understanding is appreciated as the surrounding nature leaves its gentle mark.
