Amazing Condo!
We have been to Summit County several times to ski surrounding mountains; I have to say, this condo is in the absolute best location! So many ski resorts in such a short distance. Main Street Frisco is so cute and has everything you need! The condo was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was also so incredibly cute!! We had a little issue with the fireplace, but management took care of it as soon as possible and it was up and running in no time. We will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home
We can’t say enough positive things about our family vacay at this location. This location in Frisco was convenient and cozy. We were 15-20 minutes to Breck and 25 from Vale. Main Street was a 6 minute walk and we just fell in love with the location. The house was exactly what was displayed in the photos. It was well equipped with all the staples and plenty of games and movies. The heated floors and garage was a nice touch. The only downside was no smoking allowed on the top roof patio so if you like smoking cigars or anything else plan on skipping that purchase. Not a deal breaker for us but just something you should know beforehand. Oh and at least one full length mirror would make this rental pure perfection. Will definitely rent this home away from home again.

Amazing property in Frisco
Had such a wonderful time in this beautiful location! The townhouse was so spacious yet so warm and cozy at the same time. Beds were super comfortable, the main living area was so accommodating and the bonus room in the basement was huge! Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Frisco
There were four of us that stayed here for about a week. The place was clean and very comfortable including the beds. Lots of room. Top deck with fireplace and grill was a plus.

great location
the condo was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The location was fantastic, near downtown shops and restaurants as well as within steps of hiking and biking trails. The management team was responsive, checking in several times and delivering the one item we felt was missing. Would recommend this listing to anyone.

Frisco Stay
The property was amazing with that great rooftop deck and fireplace, 3 floors of living space to spread out for groups. The residence is modern, clean with great amenities like the kitchen and laundry specifically. The managers were great about communicating with us and for any troubleshooting if necessary. It is located a short walk to the downtown with all that Frisco has to offer. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

Excellent 4 season property in Frisco
Perfect place for a large family or group. The kitchen was equipped for cooking any type of meal, and is very spacious. Easy walking distance to Main Street, as well as the hiking path. Copper Mountain is a 10 minute drive, or you can take the free bus. Overall an excellent choice!

Great Rental in a Great Location
Everything was perfect about this property. Nice and spacious, very comfortable and inviting. All the common spaces were more than sufficient for our group of 6. Twelve people would have been more than comfortable, although parking might have been an issue. The House was just a few minutes walk from downtown Frisco. The sensual views and titillating atmosphere from the roof/surrounding this rental were a most pleasant addition to an already exhilarating vacation!

Great property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I stick with my 5 star rating but we had a few items that future occupants may be interested in. There is construction going on on both sides of the property, so the access to the garage was blocked a few times during our stay, also plenty of construction noise during the daytime hours. The guys working were friendly and accommodating, but still a bit of an inconvenience. Roof top deck was great but no umbrellas, so very warm in the sun. Perfect in evenings especially with the fireplace. Loved the proximity to town. You can walk to all bars/restaurants. Just one more FYI the property managers will charge you a convenience fee to make your final payment by credit card. Plan accordingly. Enjoy your stay. There is so much to do, but also plenty of downtime. There is a great game/puzzle closet!

Everything as advertised!
Even better in person! Great location, walk into town for great food, live entertainment and great original shops. We fell in love with Frisco! Love the rooftop deck with fireplace. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the reservoir, very scenic. Frisco is centrally located to many great hikes. Love it, love it, love it. Thank you!

Great location, great stay!
We had a blast during our stay in Frisco and this unit was the cherry on top. It is close to Main Street, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and is close to many other alpine activities. The unit is well appointed, recently upgraded and slept our group of 5 comfortably. We would love to stay here again!!

Everything was great at the property, I only wish the parking conditions were better. Can’t fit a large SUV in the garage. Otherwise the family loved the house and the proximity to the town of Frisco. It was also a quick ride into Breckinridge.

Great spot - space + location are perfect
The condo is just as advertised. Really spacious basement. We put two pack and plays down there, in addition to the murphy bed, with room to spare. The main floor is spacious and cozy. The kitchen opens into the living room so great hang zone. Upstairs has a big loft with a bunk bed (no privacy) + two BRs, each with their own bath. We were 3 couples + a single + two babies and we had plenty of room. The place is super well appointed - everything you need - even a potato masher. And you can't beat the location. Two blocks from Main Street and 5 blocks from a Summit Stage bus stop. Checks all the boxes!

Great stay!
The town home was cozy, but spacious. Great location close to the main street with all of the shops. The rooftop deck is beautiful and a fun addition. The check in and check out were also very simple and quick, I would definitely recommend this town home to others looking for a place to stay!

Lots of room in this spacious property. The roof top deck got lots of use and rave reviews from our guests. Well appointed and the owners seem to have thought of everything when it comes to furnishing the kitchen. We'll be back again!

Great rooftop and space
Enjoyed a friends getaway at the location. Walked to Main Street and hiking. Enjoyed the fireplace on rooftop to relax and catch up after a fun day hiking. Great kitchen made for cooking and relaxing with friends or family. Perfect for large groups. Chick in process isn’t easy and hard to find as at the address is a different lockbox for a different property management company so you think you are there and the box is broken or stuck. Would still stay again now that we know the secret.

It was beautiful, plenty of space for a family of 4 to spread out and very easy walk to main street. We didn't get to take advantage of the roof deck very much but when we did the view was excellent. Would stay here again in a second.

Townhome is lovely - but needs attention
Our stay started of with the door handle falling off when we tried to enter the property and finding we couldn’t fit our car in the garage. The unit it’s self is very well stocked Games galore Pots and pans for days Linen and towels for all you need BUT when you look at the finer points the property is not as you would expect with today’s covid reality. The property was not clean, not what I would class as clean, the blinds in every room were coated in thick dust. The utensils, cups, plates etc were also dirty and had been put away, some of the pans were also very dirty. The master bathroom sink didn’t drain and the water pressure is very poor, you can barley wash your face as the water doesn’t run properly. The shower was dirty there was a soap dish that was full of soap scum and ranch bathroom hadn’t be replenished with new bath tissue instead that from the previous guests was left in place. The cushioned seats at the dining table all fall off, none are attached to the wood. Made for fun with the children as they kept falling off. The filter on the fridge needs to be changed. We did contact the management and they wanted to come in and we advised that we had reservations to ski and such and we would prefer to continue on with our vacation (we had driven from Florida) as we only had a short time there to enjoy. After declining them to come I sent an abundance of pictures of all of the problems in the property, from that moment on I was ignored and not contacted again by management. The home is as I say stocked and could be wonderful if the management company took the time to look after it. The location is great for the slopes and it was as we expected the bunks are in the hallway but it was nice to have our children close by to our bedrooms. the kids enjoyed watching TV in the basement. There are allot of wonderful things about this property but until they up their cleanliness game (you pay a $400 cleaning fee) I wouldn’t stay with this company again. This has no reflection on the owners. It should be noted that you cannot fit a SUV/mini van or anything like that in the garage we came in a Yukon and a Expedition as we drove from Florida and needed the room but we couldn’t fit either vehicle in the garage. Smaller cars would be fine.

Great + Spacious House/Perfect Location
We had such a nice stay here! There were 6 of us and we could have fit quite a few more. The house is very spacious with two full bedrooms, a landing with a queen/twin bunk and a large basement with a pull out bed. The living room and kitchen areas are perfect for cooking meals and lounging. Great location to plenty of mountains for skiing and walking distance to Main St. in Frisco. Overall a perfect weekend - we are hoping to go back!

Terrific place for a getaway!
Beautiful home, well setup for a family stay. 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, another in the basement - and a large loft area upstairs with bunk beds, as well. Well appointed kitchen, tons of games in the closet, heated garage to keep your ski stuff warm for that early morning start! Great location, easy drive to Vail and the Summit County resorts. Quick walk to downtown, great shopping and lots of restaurants (didn't try them due to COVID). Really nice place, hoping it's available next time we come to Colorado!

Didn't have an accurate description when I booked
When booking this property, the listing stated it was a 3 bedroom plus den, 4 bathroom townhome, that is not the case. It has 2 bedrooms, plus a bunk bed in a hallway, and a basement with a bed in it. It has 3.5 baths. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you're expecting a certain number of bedrooms. Kind of blew up the living situation for our group. There's also an additional fee on credit cards that they don't tell you about. It is in the contract, but they send you the contract AFTER you've paid. Also, the damage deposit fee is more than what is stated in the posting. The place was clean and in a nice area. Close enough to walk to town. The employees at Summit Mountain Rental are very kind and very responsive. The accuracy of the listing just seems really shady. Not sure I would rent with this company again.
