    This top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts mountain views with a picturesque stream in the spring and summer, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six people. The living area features vaulted ceilings giving it a bright and open floor plan along with a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and room for two more at the breakfast bar.

Condo is very nice, clean and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains from the deck. Condo is located on the Rec Path and a short walk to downtown Frisco. Would highly recommend this condo.

Summer 2026 CO vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental experience was great! Rental property is very communicative, clean, quite and good location! We have stayed at this rental property before but in a different unit. The unit we stayed in this go around needs some updating (new carpet, better couch...although I’m out doing stuff more than sitting on couch). Also design of upper bedroom althoughs for little air flow and a few more extra towels would be nice!

Easter weekend stay

We were here for three nights, and had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, beautiful view to the mountains from the balcony, and an easy walk to Main Street. Would definitely return for another stay.

Frisco annual visit

I love the location. Very near the recpath, trailheads and blocks from downtown. The balcony is very private with great views, an exceptional place for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening!

Keeping it simple

I would stay here again. My reasons: Comcast cable allowed for watching March Madness and ESPN. The property has all that ski bums need. Good beds, good showers, good kitchen. Also, nice having one underground parking spot. It was a good experience.

Great place!

We really enjoyed the condo, how close it was to the restaurants and grocery, and how close it was to Copper. We were on the lift within 20 minutes of leaving. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful Accommodations, Perfect Location

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The bed in the loft was extremely comfortable. The kitchen and baths were fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony overlooked the Rec Path and had an excellent mountain view. An added bonus was a well maintained gas grill. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Rec Path. We would definitely stay here again!

Hiking thru the Aspens

The property was perfect for our group. We were looking for a condo with 2 king sized beds, and this one was perfect. Had all the basics that some vacation properties skimp on like paper towels and Kleenex. Will return!

Had a great stay at the condo. Great location and a very nice unit. The only downside was we slept in the upstairs bedroom and there was very little ventialtion up there, just one small window down a long hallway. The weather was unseasonably warm during our stay so it got a little warm up there. They did have fans which helped. The carpet could certianly be replaced, but overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay.

We were happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. If you are looking for high class luxury this condo is not for you. If you are ok with a place that is clean, comfortable but a little dated with a few quirks then you will be happy here. We came in the summer, since there is no air conditioning it was very hot and stuffy in here the first night but after opening the patio door and the windows and getting the fans going the rest of the stay was a comfortable temperature. It even got cold downstairs in the evening. I had the upstairs bedroom and enjoyed the privacy it offered but it was a little warmer. Only 1 plug in each outlet seemed to work but there are plenty of outlets for anything you may need. Lots of fans and even a humidifier to help with the dry mountain air. I didn't use the jets on the Jacuzzi tub but the nice big tub was comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this condo and the location. Frisco is a beautiful "Hallmark" type of town with an adorable downtown area.

Condoworn and outdated...pictures were not realistic of present condition. Condo has serious problem with drafting...downstairs very cold while upstairs needed a fan to cool it down. Not up to VRBO standards we are familiar with...
