This 2-bedroom (3-bed) condominium is perfect for a family mountain getaway or a weekend escape with friends.

A newly built condo, it is immaculately equipped and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Frisco’s bars and restaurants.

Both bedrooms are en suite. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes queen-over-queen bunk beds.

The lounge offers incredible views of Grays and Torreys Peaks, two of Colorado’s famous 14,000-foot mountains. Enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the gas fireplace or while relaxing on the private deck.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests (1 king bed and 1 queen-over-queen bunk bed) and includes Wi-Fi, TV via Amazon Fire Stick, live channels through Hulu, plus access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and HBO. Additional amenities include underfloor heating throughout, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a single-car garage, and parking for one additional vehicle.

Just outside the condo is a Summit Stage bus stop providing easy access to four major ski mountains. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes until 2:00 AM—perfect for avoiding parking fees at the slopes or enjoying après-ski without worrying about driving.

The kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave/grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all essential cookware, including pots, pans, and baking trays.

While we’re not local, we’ve made sure everything is set up for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Located at the base of Mount Royal, the condo is within walking distance of Frisco’s authentic bars, local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. Spend the day exploring town or head out to the area’s many scenic hiking and biking trails.

The Summit Stage also stops just outside the property, offering free transportation to the slopes and nearby mountain towns until 2:00 AM—making it easy to skip expensive parking and enjoy your time to the fullest.
