This spacious "Lloyd's Lodge" offers it all; close proximity to Fripp Island beaches, award winning Ocean Creek golf course, restaurants, tennis courts, wonderful views and a peaceful and serene resort with manicured grounds and community pools. It is perfect for larger families looking to escape the busy day to day tasks and enjoy a few rounds of golf, and large sandy beaches to unwind.

This home offers a large King size master bedroom with a private deck and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is a Queen bedroom, with two Queen beds, a private full bathroom, and access to the front porch. Also on the first level there is a Full bedroom with two Full beds, private full bath, and access to the front porch through sliding doors.



The large screened in back porch is perfect for morning coffee and after dinner drinks while you marvel at all the natural beauty and wildlife of Fripp Island. The living area has plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy a late night movie, or tune into your favorite Golf tournament. The kitchen comes equipped with all you'll need during your stay in addition to a breakfast nook with bay windows to check out the deer as they pass by!



Fripp Island is a beautiful, relaxing place and offers world class resort amenities including two 18 hole golf courses with the spectacular ocean and marsh views, multiple swimming pools and world class tennis facilities. The Beach Club offers casual dining and frequent entertainment in season and the Fripp Marina has a boat launch as well as wet and dry boat storage. Enjoy fine dining options at Bonito Boathouse Restaurant. Fripp Island is a world class resort, offering something for everyone.

Our stay at "Lloyd's Lodge" was absolutely fantastic, and the location was truly unbeatable! Easy access to the golf course, marina and beach were very convenient. Being able to sit on the back porch and watch the deer feeding in the woods at sunset was incredible. The peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood was also a huge plus, and our property manager was quick to respond when we had issues with the air conditioning. If you are looking for a beach house with an excellent location that combines proximity to the beach with a peaceful setting, then "Lloyd's Lodge" is the perfect choice! We hope to return soon!

Fun Fourth of July with Family!

The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and each with their own bathroom. The house is centrally located and nestled perfectly to access pools, beaches, restaurants, nature preserve activity center, fireworks and more! We had a great stay!!

We had a wonderful time in a lovely property. Apparently it’s been newly painted- we were looking for the yellow house that was in the listing. I will say that my son’s car was dented by a random goofball, parked in the driveway behind my husband’s car. Certainly not the property’s fault, but it can happen that close to the golf course, I suppose.

Fabulous time at Fripp

We had a great time at Lloyd’s Lodge. The place is perfect for a peaceful time down south! We enjoyed watching the Big South women’s golf tournament. The house itself is a little dated but is warm and cozy. Thanks for sharing your nice place with us!

Great Spring Break Stay!

We had a great week staying in Lloyd's Lodge. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was very quiet and peaceful location. The beaches were great! The home could use updated appliances and dishes (pots/baking sheets, cooking utensils) but we made do with what is there. We opted to get the resort guest passes, without those you cannot access the pools, fitness center or other amenities.

Fripp trip

The property is in a good location. A little bit far to the beach, but not a bad walk through this beautiful island. The appliances, mattresses and furniture need updating. Plenty of space and overall enjoyed staying there.

100% as described

Property was just as described in the listing. “Loyd’s Lodge” is a little older home but still has lots of charm. The golf decor was really a nice touch. The whole place was very clean from top to bottom. Only thing I would recommend is a bigger grill. There were 2 grills on site 1 was rusted through and the other was pretty much brand new but it was tiny and not a good fit for a home that sleeps 10. A/C was a 10/10 and keep the home cool even on a hot costal week. Very quiet on the back side of Davis Love drive. If you are looking for a nice quite Fripp Island stay i would highly encourage this property with its screened in back porch and watch the deer and gators come out in the morning and evenings. Super cool experience.

I Loved Fripp Island, It’s a Beautiful Island. Everyone was Nice, and it was peaceful there, no loud music or cars! To me this is what a Vacation should be! I took Teenagers Never once worried about anyone’s safety this place is safe!

Easter Getaway

My family booked this property last minute for an Easter getaway, and thoroughly enjoyed the house! The location is great, and the lot is very spacious which provides a very serene experience, with beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course out back. The house itself is full of character, and very cozy, which is what I prefer when I’m staying on Fripp. The property management team was very responsive as well. I would absolutely book this property again!

Great home in the center of the island!

I've always been on the Ocean pointe side, I've owned a home there for 15 years. It's the fist time I've stayed on Davis Love in the center of the island and I love it!

Plenty of room and nice property

This has a nice private location and yard. I appreciate the owners allowing my Golden Doodle stay during my family trip. The appliances are a bit old but they worked well. Look by the sink for all the washer and dishwasher supplies.

Family fun!

We were very comfortable in this home and our teenagers enjoyed everything that Fripp Island offers. The pools are great and the beaches with all of the access points make it easy to enjoy. The Fripp Island management team were so helpful and friendly. We are already talking about planning our next trip!

Great location, very roomy, beautiful home

This was our first time at Fripp Island and we loved it! The house was very large and suited our family of 5 plus the kids' friends perfectly. I love the master suite upstairs- our own private area. Plenty of bathrooms for lots of teenagers. My one suggestion is to please update your appliances.

Wonderful vacation home

Beautifully decorated home with a full kitchen. Lots of room to spread out. Nice big screened porch with chairs, rockers, small tables and ceiling fans! Easily sleeps 8 but could sleep 10 if you put two in a double bed. You do need to purchase amenity cards for those age 13 and over if you all want to go to a pool together or play tennis together, etc. Beaches are easy access and are beautiful white sand beaches with few shells. Fripp is a wonderful family vacation spot although young, underage kids can be a nuisance at night drinking and carousing in golf carts. I’m hoping security will nip that problem in the bud soon and restore the island to a quiet and peaceful resort. We’ve been to Fripp many times and love it! We will be back!!

Adequate accommodations, not great but not terrible either

Overall the stay was nice but I would have liked for it to be obvious (instead of a footnote) prior to booking that the amenities are not included with this rental, they have to be purchased separately. Future renters should be aware because this house is on a golf course - there could be damage to your vehicle! Don't let the golf cart trail, line of trees & creek between the golf course and the house make you think you're safe from poor players, my daughters car was hit & dented by 2 golf balls Post booking - Communication was good although fewer emails with more content in each would be preferable Good things about this house: The air conditioning works great Roomy common area big back porch with lots of seating comfortable beds, couch & chairs plenty of towels supplied plenty of kitchen supplies (dishes, flatware, etc) Every bedroom has it's own bathroom Things that could be improved: No powder room on main floor so you have to go through someone's bedroom to use a main floor bathroom or go to the Jack & Jill bathroom on the 2nd floor The cookware is warped and doesn't sit flat on stove causing the food to burn in spots - I saw a previous review that mentioned this & there was a response that said it was taken care of but it obviously wasn't. The carousel in the microwave doesn't turn, looks like the plastic ring under it is melted, also causes food to burn in spots. 2 of the showers had great water pressure but the 3rd shower is just a trickle (we did not run them at the same time). Back porch needs to be cleaned, it had pollen and dirt on all of the railings and someone's half smoked cigar was still there. Somehow a racoon was able to get into the closed garbage can The online photos of the house should be updated as there have been a few changes since they were taken The appliances are old & decor is very outdated

Pretty Good and Spacious

We enjoyed out stay at Fripp. The house is in a good location and had plenty of room. The house was clean and bedding good. The kitchen was not up to par. The pot and pans are old and dinged up to the point of not wanting to use. We found several dirty utensils and drinking glasses. Other than old appliances and dirty kitchen wares, the house was nice and spacious. The porches were also nice with lots of room on the screened in porch. We enjoyed out stay.
