«The room was clean. It contained a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. A continental breakfast was provided. We did not use the pool or fitness room or any other amenity. The hotel was full for some reason and there was work being done re-paving and re-striping half of the parking lot. «This is a very nice little hotel close to the beach in Santa Barbara. Clean, nice rooms, and we had a fireplace which was good in the chilly evening. Very nice and helpful staff. We arrived a little late but the receptionist checked online for open restaurants nearby so we could get dinner, and did the same next morning when we were looking for a breakfast place. »

«There was 1 staff at check in. It was super slow on a Saturday afternoon. The rooms are clean. The vents in the dinning room were dusty. You can see it. Obvious areas were clean, but some areas were not. The pool was nice. Pretty expensive for a pretty old hotel. The hallways were old looking. Bummed I didn’t get my fire pit patio room bc the fire pit was down. Was upgraded and compensated with free breakfast, but still. Wasn’t as exciting as I hoped.»
