Surrounded by meadows, the property includes the gîte with its large, unfenced plot (2,700 m²) and private terrace (26 m²), located at the end of a former farmhouse, which houses the owners' second home, as well as an adjoining gîte with no overlooked views.

Nearby: Les Estables (7 km) (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier (12 km) (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services). The ground floor features a cozy living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player, sofa bed) opening onto a paved terrace at the rear, and a toilet.

On the first floor are two bedrooms (one double bed, one queen-size bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
