Fully equipped, with pretty garden, barbecue and river 500m walk, with a nice bathroom. 2 minutes from Fresselines, 10 minutes from Crozant and 10 minutes from Dun-le-Palestel, in the heart of nature, in the Valley of the Painters. Authentic and friendly, perfect for recharging your batteries together.

You will enjoy a nice garden to relax, as well as a plancha to share good meals in the open air. Direct access to the back of the house allows you to reach the river by a pleasant walk of about 500 meters. Calm and nature will be the order of the day.

The house, located in the small village of La Roche Blond, offers several sleeping areas to accommodate different beds.

On the first floor, you will find a large family room with plenty of storage, a work area and an en-suite bathroom. The living room, also downstairs, is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare good meals: dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, hob and everything you need to cook. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

Upstairs, a second bedroom with bathroom and a relaxation area with sofa bed complete the whole.
