I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with our recent two‑night stay at your property. The numerous issues we encountered, combined with unprofessional and dismissive staff behavior, made our experience unacceptable.
Immediately after our first shower, the bathroom became flooded. Although we promptly informed the front desk, no action was taken to address the underlying problem. We were given only four towels, which we had to use to soak up the water to keep the floor dry and safe for walking. With water continuing to come from the shower, the situation posed a genuine safety risk for my family.
When my wife requested additional towels, the front desk refused unless we personally brought the soiled towels down to the lobby. Furthermore, a female staff member at the front desk threatened to call security on my wife simply for asking for more towels.
Over the course of our two‑day stay, our room was never serviced. When we complained, we were told that the hotel would first need to verify whether we were at fault for the issues. We were promised a response, but no one ever followed up. As a result, we were forced to sleep in dirty sheets. My daughter suffers from allergies, and the poor condition of the room caused a severe spike in her symptoms.
