Due the airline and weather related issues we were unable to make our reservation. I called the hotel prior to check-in to provide notification of our situation. The very non-understanding corporate respond from the front-end clerk was cold and uncaring about a weather situation that effected a majority of the country. My situation was also hell on death hears even to General Manager Joseph Cisneros. Though corporate said they would refund our stay, but it was up to the hotel manager He refused. It just shows the type of humanity we live in this days and how this hotel truly cares about people. I will make sure travelers from my company are banned from using this hotel. It may not mean much to Mr. Cisneros, but we will make sure his and his staff treatment to customers are known.
