There is a problem with door lock. I have to ask staff three times to reset my my key or have staff to open the door for me.

I did not like my room. my room smell like mold. Door machenism was missing a screw and unsafe when i checked in, bathroom was dirty and lots of stained on the bath tub, refrigerator was dirty and broken drawer, microwave was super dirty and has stain. Some room has safety guard on the door but my room didnt have one installed and didnt feel safe sleeping with family. Back door bolt mechanism was also messing a screw. Homeless people hanging out at the back of the parking lot and abandon cars/broken cars were parked outside. overall staff were friendly, except the property is not clean and unsafe.

My license plate was stolen first on one car. Then the other cars window was busted. Now the car with the missing plate is stolen! I can’t do this anymore I’m moving. There’s no security what so ever.

Eww. My room smelled like feet, smelly feet. It was dark, the color of the room was horrible. No coffee maker, curtains were dingy. No coffee 24 hours . Not coming back again!

This hotel is located in an area surrounding with a Chevron gas station, a food plaza, and is super near to the i-880 southbound entrance(northbound is not far as well). For breakfast they offer free coffee and hot chocolate. Their front desk is professional and helpful, room is clean with all facilities cool. Especially, night security is well guaranteed since after a certain time they require to use the room card to enter any entrance from the ground floor. Also this place offers on-site parking with definitely enough space. I'd say this is an awesome place to stay your night(s), just don't miss it.
