I know you are in the process of remodeling. My room was redone but the ceiling tile in bathroom was discolored from water leaking from 2nd floor. The paint was flaking in bathroom and I could see mold in that area. Don’t just make it look pretty - the problem is still there. Also I was going to sit outside since it was a beautiful day but the doors from pool were locked. It was overgrown with weeds

The room was dirty. There were black crayon or marker marks all over the wall. There was a white handprint on one of the headboards. The water smelled like sewage, so we didn't dare take a shower or drink it. Called the desk to report the lights on the nightstand didn't have light bulbs and no one ever brought any to us. We didn't eat there because everything was so unsanitary. Very disappointed.

I liked the free parking, wifi, and breakfast. The location was very convenient. I didn't like that it looked like it needed a good deep clean. The bathroom was in need of attention-- either it had suffered from water damage in the tub area or something. The water flow didn't easily change from faucet to shower head. I struggled repeatedly and then just accepted that half of the water flow would come out the faucet and half would come out the shower head. There was a piece of furniture in our room which was broken. Perhaps it was a shelf or a former case for a mini fridge. I'm not sure, but there was a shelf or something broken and sitting vertically inside the frame of this piece of furniture. We didn't use the microwave, coffee pot, safe, or anything else to know if they worked or not. The towels were very worn and a bit dingy. It would also benefit this facility to invest in new mattresses as ours bowed in the middle and was very squeaky. Overall, the place was okay for one night. However, it seems very worn out, so if you're looking for a new sparkling clean place, you might want to pass on this. The staff was friendly and professional. The free breakfast was decent and that area was clean and well stocked. Half of our family ate at 6am and the other half ate at 8am. As to be expected the 8am breakfast was packed with guests. Parking was free and easy to find a parking spot.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and just needed a place to sleep. We were pleased with the room, however, the room sleeps 4 and we only had 1 bath towel and wash cloth. There was no hair dryer in the room either. I left mine at home since it advertised that a hair dryer would be in the room. It was a basic room, no frills, which was okay for our short stay.

Just OK
It was a little iffy out front when the outside hotel sign was low lighted and hard to read at night. Our room was clean, and comfortable, but the hotel’s back door lock was broken and not far from our room. Anyone could have come in.

The staff was very nice. Property is run down. Our AC/heating unit quit working but they fixed it while we were gone for the evening.

Need cleaned up someone did yard work but left grass and hedge clippings all over. Inside needed carpet replace d and tile floors cleaned and re grouted.
