The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 60 m² air-conditioned one-storey cottage with shared swimming pool for rent, close to the beach in Fréjus. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 60 m². Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with fireplace (wood provided), double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining room (without door) with TV

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared unheated), open from 31 May to 30 September. Times can be shared for everyone's convenience.
- A private, fenced, south-east-facing terrace garden of 30 m², surrounded by a 7,000 m² field.

The flat is ideally located in Fréjus, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Base Nature François Léotard beach, approx. 11 minutes (4.7 km) by car

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
