The Space:
LIVING AREA

Living Room space features a well thought interiors and seating space for your entire group to relax and enjoy the vacation time together. This living space features 2 comfortable sofas.

The living room has a smart TV for you to stream your favorites. Also available are few board games and puzzles to bond over the vacation time.
For those of you who cannot survive without internet, rest be assured you are taken care of with a secured Hi-speed internet connectivity all around the house.

KITCHEN & DINING

Let your culinary skills shine in the kitchen equipped with sleek granite countertops, and a full suite of white appliances. A variety of cooking pots, pan and serving dishes are provided for your convenience. This also has a breakfast island with bar stools, that lets you to engage in conversation with your guests.

When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table.


BED & BATH

This house sleeps 9 guests between the three bedrooms.

All bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and made to perfection before your arrival keeping your comfort in mind.

Bedroom#1 is located at the main level and has an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom#2 and Bedroom#3 are located on the upper level.
Bedroom#2 along with a queen sized bed also features a set of twin sized bunk beds for the kiddos.
Bedroom#3 with a queen sized bed also includes a day bed and a kids corner with a book shelf. Bedroom#3 also features an upper deck for you to enjoy the quiet time with a beautiful view of the Bay.

Upper level has a full bathroom with walkin-in shower and is shared between Bedroom#2 and Bedroom#3

OUTDOOR AREAS

This house has lower and upper decks. The lower deck on the main level has a picnic table and additional outdoor chairs for the guests to relax and enjoy the evening coastal breeze.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer and dryer.A toddler high-chair and pack and play is also available. Also provided is an outdoor charcoal grill with grilling set (supplies needed to grill are not included).

Guest Access:
To Provide an easy access to the guests , this house is equipped with a smart lock with the entry code shared on the day of check-in.

Other Things to Note:
We have five actively recording cameras on the property which records video and audio sounds - one overlooking the lower deck, one facing the driveway, and three facing the carport. These are for security purposes only.
