  • 4 DAY MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS, NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. Located at 2326 Bluewater Highway, this Surfside gem is one that you will not want to miss. This beautiful six bedroom (2 masters) , (4K, 2 Full bunks, 3 Twin bunks), four bath home can sleep up to 18 people and has cable TV. There is a large deck to accommodate you and all of your guests while watching the sunrise and sunset. Not to mention, there is a large open floor plan that will comfortably allow you and all of your guests to spend time together and create memories. This home is fully furnished which makes going on vacation a breeze for you and your guests. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

This property was ideal for our thanksgiving dinner, it was enough space for everyone. We had siblings from out of town visiting with their kiddos. They loved it. The kitchen was perfect for preparing all of the meals. Minor hiccup on booking the property but we would and will definitely book again.

One air conditioner went out our first day, and the Bluewater management got the whole upstairs unit replaced in a day.

The refrigerator never got cold and the well water was colored and was so pungent that taking a shower was just a trade of smelling like the beach to smelling like sulphur.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of house. Nothing was provided. Not even toilet paper. I have been staying at VRBOs for many years and never have I stayed at one that offered nothing. No hair dryer, no soap, nothing. Even the cheapest motels give you those things. Then I had to make 10 beds! As much as I paid for the house I should not have had to make beds. I would not recommend this to anyone.

House was perfect for us

The house layout was perfect for our family. The only issue was the hardness of the mattresses. They were all super firm so I did not sleep well even after switching rooms, the other members of my family slept fine on them. Otherwise we didn't have a single complaint and thoroughly enjoyed our time in your house!

Easy to find. Great views from the porch. Be prepared to make all your own beds on arrival☹️. Mosquitoes were so bad as soon as the sun set that even mosquitoe spray did not allow for a fire on the beach. Was a nice weekend.

Great location.

Location is great! Didnt know until we got here that we needed to make our beds when we arrived. Dead roaches on the inside stairs. No toilet paper so bring yours. Large grease spot next to grill downstairs. One of us slipped and almost fell. Kitchen was pretty well stocked so you dont have to bring a lot to cook with! Loved the views and the sound of the waves.

If you can stand the roaches!!!

Everything was great other than 2 things! You have to put your sheets on all the beds yourself. The kitchen is infested with cockroaches! The house it's self is great for large groups. We had a blast while there with our kids and grandkids. But please get rid of the roaches! When you cook..they are everywhere. Roaches are disgusting!! FYI: I would pay extra to have the beds made when when arrived. After a long drive..making beds isn't fun.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a good size and well laid out. easy access to beach. Putting on our own sheets and supplying all of our own cleaning and personal supplies was not an issue. There was a significant amount of mold, we ended up having a baby and adult get sick and have to leave early due to mold. Baby ended up with respiratory illness and a rash on her face. I reached out to management and did not get a response.

Summer 23

This was our second time to stay at the beach front home. The location is PERFECT. It is a short walk down your very own private boardwalk. The area of the beach is clean of trash and it is a quiet with not too many people. Sadly, this will be our last time stay at this property due to the cleanliness of the house. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, gum stuck to one of the bunks, just not too clean… We also had a couple encounters with live roaches in the kitchen. We also had a live roach on my husband pillow… IN THE BED With this property, you have to make your own beds and all of the dishes have to be clean before your check out. Nothing can be left in the dishwasher. If I am on vacation and I am paying a cleaning fee, dishes and changing sheets is not what I want to be doing.

Baby roaches all over kitchen

2big bags of laundry greeted us by the front door. No instructions regarding the bags so we thought the cleaners forgot them. Nope they were all the sheets and towels for the house. You make your own beds and put out the towels. The only sheets that fit were the king size. Queen and twin were too small. No dish cloths or dish towels. You truly supply with your own stuff. And the roaches! Baby roaches were all in the kitchen cabinets, drawers, counter tops and not just at night, during the day too. We have stayed at other rental houses in the area that supply everything for you and beds are made when you arrive. We will go back to those houses next time.

Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location—big, spacious, and comfortably slept all 10 of my guests. But just a heads-up: the room with the twin bunks is only usable for kids. Adults can barely squeeze in between the wall and the bed. It would make way more sense if the bunks were turned the other way.We had a really frustrating issue during our stay—the fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the day. No smoke, no reason, just full-blown beeping. I called the management company, and the woman I spoke with acted like this happens all the time. She did send someone out with a ladder and a bunch of batteries, but in the meantime, we had to wait outside with our small child who couldn’t handle the noise.My other big complaint: almost no toiletries or cleaning supplies. I know to bring my own, but we were given about one inch of dish soap, one dishwasher pod, and two hand soaps for the entire house. Normally fine, but if you’re going to charge $300+ for cleaning and also expect guests to wash, dry, and put away dishes, at least provide basic cleaning supplies.Worst part? The bed sheets. When you arrive, there are two giant laundry bags filled with individually saran-wrapped sheets. You have to figure out which sheets go where, strip the already-made beds, and remake them yourself. Super annoying after a day of travel. Even worse—on checkout, you remove your sheets and leave the comforter. It really made me wonder if those even get washed between guests.The house itself is nice, but the management company is just plain stingy and overly rule-heavy. I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and never had to unmake and remake beds on arrival. I wouldn’t rent from this company again.

This time I knew what I was getting. The picures do not do the home justice. This house holds many people and space, the kitchen, the balcony and the beach front is amazing! You won't be disappoint for renting! We have family that comes from New York just to stay here. It's fun for the adults and kids.

The house was spacious and right off the water. We were able to accommodate 10 people with ease. The only downside is the house should offer hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Also we noticed that a patio chair was broken due to rust on the bottom. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we will visit again.

Had a couple of minor issues with hot water & dishwasher, but both were resolved to our satisfaction, and we were offered an additional night stay (we opted for a later checkout).
