4 DAY MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS, NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. Located at 2326 Bluewater Highway, this Surfside gem is one that you will not want to miss. This beautiful six bedroom (2 masters) , (4K, 2 Full bunks, 3 Twin bunks), four bath home can sleep up to 18 people and has cable TV. There is a large deck to accommodate you and all of your guests while watching the sunrise and sunset. Not to mention, there is a large open floor plan that will comfortably allow you and all of your guests to spend time together and create memories. This home is fully furnished which makes going on vacation a breeze for you and your guests. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

This property was ideal for our thanksgiving dinner, it was enough space for everyone. We had siblings from out of town visiting with their kiddos. They loved it. The kitchen was perfect for preparing all of the meals. Minor hiccup on booking the property but we would and will definitely book again.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of house. Nothing was provided. Not even toilet paper. I have been staying at VRBOs for many years and never have I stayed at one that offered nothing. No hair dryer, no soap, nothing. Even the cheapest motels give you those things. Then I had to make 10 beds! As much as I paid for the house I should not have had to make beds. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The refrigerator never got cold and the well water was colored and was so pungent that taking a shower was just a trade of smelling like the beach to smelling like sulphur.

House was perfect for us

The house layout was perfect for our family. The only issue was the hardness of the mattresses. They were all super firm so I did not sleep well even after switching rooms, the other members of my family slept fine on them. Otherwise we didn't have a single complaint and thoroughly enjoyed our time in your house!

Summer 23

This was our second time to stay at the beach front home. The location is PERFECT. It is a short walk down your very own private boardwalk. The area of the beach is clean of trash and it is a quiet with not too many people. Sadly, this will be our last time stay at this property due to the cleanliness of the house. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, gum stuck to one of the bunks, just not too clean… We also had a couple encounters with live roaches in the kitchen. We also had a live roach on my husband pillow… IN THE BED With this property, you have to make your own beds and all of the dishes have to be clean before your check out. Nothing can be left in the dishwasher. If I am on vacation and I am paying a cleaning fee, dishes and changing sheets is not what I want to be doing.

Easy to find. Great views from the porch. Be prepared to make all your own beds on arrival☹️. Mosquitoes were so bad as soon as the sun set that even mosquitoe spray did not allow for a fire on the beach. Was a nice weekend.

If you can stand the roaches!!!

Everything was great other than 2 things! You have to put your sheets on all the beds yourself. The kitchen is infested with cockroaches! The house it's self is great for large groups. We had a blast while there with our kids and grandkids. But please get rid of the roaches! When you cook..they are everywhere. Roaches are disgusting!! FYI: I would pay extra to have the beds made when when arrived. After a long drive..making beds isn't fun.

Baby roaches all over kitchen

2big bags of laundry greeted us by the front door. No instructions regarding the bags so we thought the cleaners forgot them. Nope they were all the sheets and towels for the house. You make your own beds and put out the towels. The only sheets that fit were the king size. Queen and twin were too small. No dish cloths or dish towels. You truly supply with your own stuff. And the roaches! Baby roaches were all in the kitchen cabinets, drawers, counter tops and not just at night, during the day too. We have stayed at other rental houses in the area that supply everything for you and beds are made when you arrive. We will go back to those houses next time.

Wonderful Vacation!

This property was great! 4 rooms with Kings. 2 rooms with double bunks. 4 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family! The kids loved playing on the stairs. And even though it rained for half of our trip - we were able to hang out on the covered deck and still enjoy the view.

Great location and great time

The house was a fantastic location, well decorated and laid out very nicely for a large group. The only area where it was lacking was cleanliness. There were a few roaches and there were aspects that looked like they were missed in cleaning. Nothing big but a few small things. All things being said it was an awesome place and location and we would stay there again.

Huge space to park undercover and sleep

Love this house, you can park eight jeeps under the house and still have space to store your top and doors. Pier let's you walk across dune and right on to the beach. 4 king bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. One bunk room has 4 single beds the other has 2 singles and 2 doubles. This is the place if you need lots of beds and parking. Only thing I didn't like was the sliding door off 2 of the bathrooms, which qualifies these rooms as masters. All in all an awesome house, we all enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for letting us rent it I

Sun & fun with friends

Great space for 8 couples to get away to celebrate a 20th anniversary. Loved the covered porch, being so close to the water, tall ceilings in the living room, and a full kitchen. The only downside was the refrigerator that was never cold enough--we purchased coolers and ice as a workaround but it wasn't ideal.

Excellent comfortable stay

Would absolutely stay here again. This beach home has plenty of room for everyone. We loved the huge living room and spacious patio. Clean well maintained property. Just the right distance from the beach. The property mangers were so friendly at check in and out.

Spacious with all the amenities of home

My group of friends try to get together a few times each year (some live out of state) & the last 2 years we have chosen Surfside for one of our gatherings. Last year's house was a little bit of a let down so this year I was hoping that we all had a much different experience & I am so happy to say we did. The check in process at Blue Water Rentals was the easiest check in I've ever done. It literally took 2 minutes. Upon arrival to the house, an inspection ensued where we found the house immaculate. The linens for the beds were folded & individually wrapped so that you knew they were clean & then placed on top of the bedspreads of each bed for each guest to place on the bed. I personally don't mind this, because it gives me reassurance that the beds weren't just made up after the previous renters. In previous houses, we brought a 5 gallon water jug to use for cooking & drinking, we really didn't use that here. The kitchen was very well equipped with most utensils, pots & pans that you would need. I would recommend you bringing garbage bags, cooking spray & spices if you need it. There were 10 adults, 1 baby & 1 teenager & we had more than enough space. The porch is where we spent most of our time when it wasn't raining. We loved having a private pier to walk down to the beach. Definitely bring mosquito spray if there is rain in the forecast, we just about got carried away. All in all, we decided as a group that we will come back & stay at Hang Loose year after year!!

Beach Side Benefits!!!

All of us loved having the beach right outside our door, and sitting on the deck being able to see and hear the surf, and the various beach birds. The walk to the beach was fantastic, just over the boardwalk that left from the lower level of the house. We loved the spacious common area of the house. There were 10 of us, ranging in age from 3yrs to 79yrs., and we had plenty of room to gather. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking and eating utensils. It would have been nice to have had more kitchen linens than just the two dish towels and the 2 dish cloths that were provided. The addition of a garbage disposal to the kitchen would be helpful. We were surprised that we were asked to vacuum and sweep before we checked out, and that we were asked to wash all dirty dishes and empty the dishwasher before checking out. All in all though, it was a wonderful stay, in an excellent location.

Nice house and location but……

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Hang Loose. It was a great location on the beach and a nice big house but very dirty. We had to put our own sheets on beds, towels in restrooms, no soap, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, paper towels, or toilet paper. We had to clean house, wash and put away dishes, vacuum, sweep, mop, remake beds with just bedspreads, etc for the next group. I’m not sure why you have a cleaning fee., since it felt like we did all the work. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was by far the worst. We have always had great experiences with properties we have leased in the past. If I want to clean house, I’ll stay home. We aren’t a messy group but the beds felt dirty knowing the people before us used the bedding and put it back on like us. The mattress pad on my bed was soiled. There were several things broken and in need of repair. Carpet was disgusting. All around a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this home or leasing company if this is any indication of they way they take care of things.

Great vacation!

We stayed the week after Christmas. We had five kids and the location was great for playing in the sand. My husband was able to surf fish right in front of the house. We did have an issue with plumbing issue but the rental company was very responsive. We had a great time!
