This was by far one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Not many places have their staff clean the baseboards. We arrived after the 10 p.m. check in and the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and made check in a breeze.

This place is a pearl ! Clean and extra care on everything no dust anywhere and daily cleaning service if asked. Continental breakfast at lobby is to get and take to your little house ❤️ You can cook or BBQ if you want and this place have whatever you need to cook full kitchen and refrigerator and HEB is so close Love and recommend this place

Location was great if you don't mind 10-15 minutes walking time to downtown dining & attractions, which we certainly didn't. The room was fine. The property is a bit sprawling, and seems to have quite a variety of accommodations, so my advice would be to do your research. This is not a hotel with cookie cutter rooms, so you want to make sure you get the right fit. Nice folks here, and the low key continental breakfast (more like snacks really) was fine. Plenty to eat in Fredericksburg, so not like we wanted a full scale breakfast here anyway. Overall a pleasant stay, and we'd definitely consider it for future trips to the area.

Grounds were extensive, plenty of grassy areas for pets or children to play. Firepits, barbeques, picnic tables and lawn chairs to relax. Down side: my dog had lots of grass burs in his fur every time we took him for a walk.

I loved the separation. We stayed in a duplex which felt much more hospitable than your standard hotel room. The mattress wasn't to my wife or I's liking, but I did like the location.

Tried to get a refund…had to leave room was not close To the reviews in the site. Tried to call multiple times and was hung up on several with help resolution. Will never use Expedia again.

For an independent property, I found it pretty darn good. Not a 5 Star resort, but very comfortable, conveniently located and we felt safe. The Suite was fully outfitted and we wanted for nothing.

We stayed here for the eclipse. It was very expensive (probably because of the eclipse), but it was quiet, pleasant, extremely cat friendly, and had great outdoor seating on the lawn. We enjoyed our stay.

Quaint and nicely appointed rooms albeit on the small side. But the price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the courtyard and the Adirondack chairs outside our room.

The property owner seemed very sweet and reasonable to work with. Check-in was easy. The facilities are older, which is why they are as reasonably priced as they are given the proximity to Main St. Our biggest issue was our fire alarm went off in the middle night for no reason. I had to take it down and remove the batteries. At that point, I was awake and could not fall back asleep for about 2 hours. It through our whole day off. Because of the mishap, I simply requested a later check-out since we were so far behind. Unbelievably, the unkempt employee lost her mind on me and started raising her voice and saying it did not matter because in the middle of the night after resolving the problem on my own, I should called the hotel emergency line to report it. I am assuming she thought I was lying to get a slightly later checkout, I guess... It was so weird! She finally called the owner who was very sweet and accommodating. Honestly, she needs to fire the employee, and I don't say that lightly as someone who employs 30 people. You simply can not treat guests that way. It was unacceptable. Other than the one incident, our stay was fine. Again, for the price and location, the accommodations were reasonable.

Charming place for a weekend getaway. Our room was warm and welcoming. The complementary bottle of wine was a very sweet and nice touch. My husband and I would stay here again and would recommend Peach Tree Inn to our family and friends.
