Note: As shown in the photos, the living room and the kitchen/bedroom areas are located in separate parts of the home. The living room is in the first section/building, while the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are located in the second section/building. The middle section of the home is open-air, creating a covered outdoor space that connects the two areas. Guests will need to go outside to access either section of the home, as there is no interior connection between the living room and the kitchen/bedroom area.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



We have 3 Security Cameras Outside, Easy to Spot. One monitors the Parking Area, One Monitors the Driveway/Road and One Watches the Valley(Keeping an eye out for grass fires.)
