• The pool can be heated to 86° for an additional fee.
• Spa heating is included in your stay.

Important Details
• Prior to your stay, we require that you review, sign, and agree to our rental terms.
• A $35 Resort Fee (also called a Damage Waiver) will be applied at checkout. This includes coverage for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
• For most bookings (excluding Airbnb), we use Truvi for a quick identity verification process. Thank you for helping us keep things safe and seamless.

Outdoor Amenities & Quiet Hours
• Outdoor amenities may be used from 8 AM to 10 PM, in accordance with city noise regulations.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No loud music is permitted.

We love hosting guests celebrating special moments, but please note this home is not a venue and events are not allowed.
