- Chopsticks not provided. Basic dishes and silverware are provided.
- There is parking available outside your rental, no more than 2 cars are permitted. You can only park outside your rental unit in the designated area.

Guest have full access to the treehouse and hot tub area.

This cabin is 15 minutes from Downtown Fredericksburg but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

This property is not suitable for children/infants.
This property is not pet friendly.

We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country , and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.

- Security Camera is to the right of the outside light. It is pointed down the stairs towards the parking area. There is also a gate camera at the entrance.
