The space was very roomy; however, we experienced multiple issues during our stay. The hot tub did not work properly (no jets), and the internet was down the first night and into the next morning. We spent much of the first night on the phone with the manager and the internet provider.The following day, we also had a plumbing issue. To their credit, the team was very responsive and quickly sent a plumber, though the repair appeared to take most of the day. Fortunately, we were leaving that day to go downtown to wineries all day. The internet was eventually fixed the next day, and we did not attempt to use the hot tub again.While management was responsive, it felt that some of these issues should have been identified and addressed prior to our stay, especially since the internet provider indicated the service had been out for over a week.
