The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a meal for two. There's a mini fridge to keep your beverages chilled, a microwave for heating up a quick snack, and a sink for your convenience. A coffee pot is ready to brew your morning coffee, and a breakfast table for two sets the stage for intimate meals.
The living room is adorned with comfortable chairs placed around a smart TV. Whether you're cuddling up for a movie night or simply enjoying each other's company, this space invites you to unwind and connect.
The cottage features a king-sized bed, the epitome of comfort and luxury. You'll look forward to restful nights and waking up refreshed for another day of adventure. The en suite bathroom is designed with relaxation and pampering in mind. It boasts a beautiful walk-in shower for refreshing moments. But what truly adds a touch of romance and indulgence is the large soaking tub.
Outside, a shared pool awaits, offering a refreshing escape from the Texan heat. Whether you prefer leisurely dips or simply lounging poolside, it is an inviting spot. Comfortable sun loungers provide the perfect place to soak up the sunshine. When you're in the mood for a meal or a snack, a gas grill is available for your culinary desires.
It's important to note that this charming cottage shares its outdoor space with three other cottages on-site. This provides a sense of community while still preserving the privacy and exclusivity you desire in your romantic retreat.
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
