Tasting rooms, shops, dining, bars, and everything else Fredericksburg has to offer, all just steps from the front door!

Inside the suite you'll find a spacious king bedroom, a beautiful full bath with custom tile, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave, a table for two, AND a full size seating area with an Apple TV. The large windows and high ceilings give the space a bright, airy feel. In addition to all the features of the home, the location is one of the best in town. The amenities and location make Bubbly perfect for a couple's getaway! Downstairs, the larger suite, Bubbly: Champagne, sleeps a total 4 and can be booked simultaneously to accommodate a group of 6.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

Please note: This unit is fully private. While there is a shared wall, there is a private entrance, and no amenities are shared with other property guests.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Mouse House

My wife and I booked this place for a small intimate vacation for the night. We booked the property and when we arrived we noticed that it had not been cleaned well. Later that night while we were watching a movie we noticed that there were two mice running around the sides of the wall. We called the front desk and they said they were shocked and that they had never heard of this before. It made it seem as if we were making it up. They then sent the maintenance guy over (which was a very professional guy) and he laid out multiple mouse traps throughout the home. The beds in this home are platform beds and sit very low the the ground. We asked if we could be moved to another property, but were told that the only options they had were bigger ones and none the same rate or size as ours. When asked to be refunded so we could go to another place, they stated that they would only refund 20% of our paid price. So our stay was filled with mouse traps all over the walls. They then offered us a single room about 1/5th the size of our booking in a loud area of town, which we refused. It is strange how they can offer us a smaller place. That same night we heard the large trap go off and the sound of the mouse as it died in the middle of the night. The next morning we called the front desk and again they just apologized and said the most they could do is give us $30 refund for the inconvenience. Will not recommend this company to anyone due to unwillingness to make it right.

Well appointed and great location

Perfect for a couple’s get away. One block from Main St and newly renovated with many upgrades. Beware of the driveway: you will bottom out even with the “low clearance” warning. Also the front door is not plumb which effected the electronic deadbolt. Other than that it was a great unit.

Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

This property was everything we were looking for! It was just my sister and I. It was the perfect size for the two of us! It was comfortable, CLEAN, stylish, and quiet. We LOVED the hot tub. It was a nice private area and easy to use. My two negatives - we did not like the coffee maker. Not easy to use. Should have been a no brainier, but we actually had to look up the instructions on the internet and still had issues. Second, it needs a full mirror in the bedroom. There is only one in the bathroom and you can't see all of you. They provided soap, shampoo, etc. But the soaps are tiny tiny, which were hard to use. All three of these comments are minor!! We LOVED this place! It was precious!! And we love the name of it 🥰.
