Austin Haus exudes comfort and relaxation. The bright and inviting living room welcomes guests with its spacious layout, boasting plush seating that invites relaxation and a flat-screen TV, perfect for entertainment and unwinding after a day of exploration. The airy dining room, accommodating four guests, offers a cozy space for shared meals, while two additional bar seats at the kitchen counter provide a casual spot for quick bites or morning coffee.



The well-equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, ensuring convenience and functionality for meal preparation during your stay.



Both bedrooms are designed to accommodate guests comfortably with a king bed in the first bedroom and two full-size beds the second. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, providing options for a quick refreshing shower or a relaxing soak after a day of activities.



Stepping outside, the backyard presents a delightful retreat with a shaded porch, complete with seating for four, offering a serene space for enjoying meals or morning coffee amidst the peaceful surroundings. A swing adds a charming touch, creating an ideal spot for relaxation and contemplation. Additionally, a grill in the outdoor area invites guests to indulge in outdoor cooking, perfect for an evening BBQ.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $95.00 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-This home allows 2 pets, maximum weight is 35 lbs each or not to exceed 70 lbs combined.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Main Street serves as the heart of the action in Fredericksburg. With over 150 shops, boutiques, and art galleries, visitors can peruse a wide array of unique offerings. 1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be sent 72 and 8 hours before arrival.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
