Perfect Family Week

Extremely comfortable and quiet place for a family getaway with our kids and their spouses and our one year old granddaughter. Peaceful mornings on the porch watching the deer in the orchard with a cup of coffee. Very clean and spacious and convenient few minutes to main street in Fredericksburg. Everything we needed was there (including a blower to sweep off the putting green :). Extremely attentive host. Just a great place to hang out with the fam! Highly recommend.

Property was beautiful, didn’t use the hot tub or sauna but maybe next time. Beds were very comfortable, loved the sitting area and patio, large enough to spread out with friends.

We stayed at this gorgeous property for my daughter’s 21st BDay girls trip. The house was better than the pictures posted on VRBO!! All the beds were incredibly comfortable and the layout was perfect for all of us to gather around the living room with wine or curled up on the couch watching Off Campus. We got great use of the hot tub and sauna. The house was so close to all the shops, restaurants, the spa and wineries. I can’t recommend this house enough!! This will definitely be our go to house for our trips to Fredericksburg. Thank you for opening up for lovely home to us and always getting back to us so quickly anytime we had a question.

Amazing girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The presentation was beautiful, the space was generous and perfect for a large group, and the location couldn’t have been better. While we did notice a few ants on the kitchen counter, everything else was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay for a girls trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg! Our group of 8 loved the spacious layout – the king beds were extremely comfortable, and the open-concept living space was perfect for gathering and relaxing together. The home was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. We highly recommend it for girls' trips or couples' getaways. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

Totally surprised at the location, cleanliness, and amenities. We are all older than 73 years old. The house was large enough for all of us to enjoy without being crowded and each couple to have their own bathroom-Great!
