Great getaway for those looking for a more quiet beach experience. We are located only 1/4 mile from the bay. A mere 10 minutes from DE Turf! We are only 30 minutes from the popular beach resorts of Delaware with loads of activities for the family. Seafood lovers will enjoy the endless supply of local seafood restaurants available. Public boat slip available. Jps on the wharf is a favorite in Bowers Beach. The town will host live music every 3rd Friday in the summer months. Jps also has live music most weekends in the summer months, outside seating available on the wharf. Memorial weekend will bring out the Pirates for the towns annual Buchaneer Bash. Our home offers a large deck to relax on that faces the marshes of the bay. We have 3 bedrooms plus a queen pullout, all with new mattresses. A small BBQ grill is available for your use, propane gas will be a $10.00 charge. Eating seating for 9 as well as sleeping for 9 with 2 full bathrooms. The home has been recently renovated and everything is brand new. You can walk the beach easily...stroll down to the docks, stop at Jps for a bite, take your own boat out or hop aboard the Captains Lady which offers charter fishing trips as well as moonlight trips. Check their schedule for events. Bowers is truly a hidden gem. Come check it out for yourself.
