The ground floor opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace, connected to a retro-style billiard room. The first floor, accessed via an internal staircase, features two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one with shower, the other with both bathtub and shower—a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. Window nets are installed on the small windows in all bedrooms and on the French door in the kitchen.
