Great location, beautiful scenery

The location was in a great spot to go to many different shops and stores. Center of Fraser and Winter Park were close by. Scenery was amazing all around. The only gripe would be that to access the hot tub we had to go through one if the bedrooms.

Nice place and great location. Could use the carpets steam cleaned. I would add in the description that the rooms are all on different floors, made it a little hard with little kids.

Housekeeping and management staff to the rescue

We left a very important bag and didn’t realize it . The cleaning staff alerted management and they notified us right away.. management made sure to meet us and get it back to us.. we so appreciate the honesty and extra effort to get this back to us before we got home. Also the place was very nice and comfortable..

Great space for all different families

We ended up sharing this condo with my brother and his family. It’s a great space! All 3 rooms are on 3 different levels. Which works well if you are a couple of parties. It was nice having private spaces per family. The kit Cho en is fully stocked and super easy to make big meals. The beds were comfy and they even had some extra twin mattresses that were easy to move around for our little children who wanted to sleep in our room. I hope we can stay again next ski season!

Great Property & Location!

We had an awesome stay here for a quick ski trip at Winter Park. Very nice inside, amazing location, just about accessible to everything! The hot tub was an awesome perk too. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because the heating and cooling in the property was a bit finicky. The top floor was extremely hot when you turned on the heat but the bottom floor remained freezing cold making it difficult to sleep at night. Would be nice to have some instructions provided in the Welcome Book. Other than that, this property is great and we will definitely book it again in the future! Thank you for your hospitality

Good size but very worn

Adequate space for a family or 2, but property is very worn. The basement bedroom is very cold and does not have adequate bedding for the temps during ski season. Property needs some updating with bedding, carpet, new sofa, etc. Also, we let the rental company know several times during our stay that they did not take the trash from the tenants prior to us and no one did anything about it.

Good location, pleasant stay.

Overall a nice place, location is good for getting to town by car or walking. Hot tub was enjoyable. Has most cooking amenities if you don’t want to eat out all the time. Carpets have a lot of stains and need cleaning. Master shower has considerably mildew and drain is very slow. Rest of the bathroom is clean as were the other bathroom’s. Walls are pretty scuffed up and need cleaning/painted. Half bath sink water is hooked up opposite. Found out after trying to use just cold water and it was extremely hot. Had to clean grill up as well as I could before use, looked as though never cleaned. Other than the need of deep cleaning it is a nice comfortable place.

Nice place to stay

This was a nice place to stay for our family of 6 on vacation. Here are some things that we noticed could be improved: 1- the garage floor had a bunch of gravel on it and I even found a metal bracket on the floor that could have been ran over. It needs to be cleaned and swept out. 2- it would be helpful, if possible, to have a garage door opener for guests so you don’t have to get out each time to open/close the door. Not a huge deal, but would be convenient. 3- there were no potholders. Also not a big deal, we used hand towels, but just noting that. Also no dustpan for the broom. 4- the carpets were still stained as I had read in previous reviews. That definitely detracts from the place. 5-we found out on the last day there that the fan was wired backwards. The high speed was low and the low speed was high. Also the dusting on the window sills and light fixtures could be improved. 6- the first night there I contacted our guest relations person with a couple questions. The first one I answered myself but the second one wasn’t answered as I never received any reply the whole week we were there. Good things to note: 1-the hot tub was a big bonus after spending days hiking. 2-there were extra condiments in the fridge and several miscellaneous items in the cupboards for use that came in handy. 3- there was a/c in the unit, it didn’t keep up when we had the oven on and when it was warmer in the afternoon, but at least it helped. 4-the beds were very comfy to sleep on (note: some of the pillows were feather) and the closets were nice and large. 5- the three levels were perfect for the adults and kids having their own bedroom/bathroom combo. 6-in unit laundry is always a nice plus, especially with four kids! An added bonus was the provided laundry soap pods and dryer sheets. Overall I would recommend staying here. It was a good stay and we enjoyed our time in Winter Park and Fraser.

Mostly good but some room for improvement

The kitchen was well equipped & very nice, the appliances were great, the beds were clean, the bathrooms were clean & nice, and overall, the house was nice and we enjoyed it. However, there were some minor issues that could be improved - the main TV's remote control didn't work, the carpets were badly stained and I'm not sure if they were vacuumed or if some de-odorant was just sprayed on it, the one ceiling fan worked only on low speed, and the house most definitely needs more fans of some type. The last 2 issues are the biggest complaints we have. I can understand why the house doesn't have an air conditioner but it desperately needs more fans to circulate air throughout the top 2 floors. Overall, the house was nice and I would recommend it as long as it's understood there is no air circulation and the top floor can get very warm during the summer.

Fist off the stairs. There are no mention of stairs or pictures of them as well in the review of this condo. This is not a good place for people with disabilities. when you get there with groceries and luggage you are surprised. The hot tub was nice but left you stinking after you got out. I did not like the only entrance to the hot tub as you had to go thru one of the bedrooms. Loved as it was stocked very well as far as your needs. The couch was old and smelled as well as pillows on the furniture house needs to be better sanitized. Thanks

Great location and great house

The house was highly suitable for a family with small kids. The bunk bed room is on the middle floor and the two other bedrooms are above and below. The location is convenient to everything in Winter Park and Fraser. And the hot tub is a wonderful way to relax after a day off playing in the snow. Over all a great stay

Spring Break 2021

The townhouse wasn’t as clean as I had hoped it would be. Coffee maker is broken, couldn’t find the remote for heater/fan, caked on egg on spatula. The master could really use a ceiling fan.

Fairly disappointed

We were disappointed that the ad doesn’t mention the unit is 3 stories with a bedroom on each floor. Most importantly was the unit did not seem to be sanitized. Condiments in refrigerator, remotes not bagged, no sanitizer in unit. We were assured thr unit would be sanitized....as well the hot tub was not drained, cleaned and sanitized as promised. Overall the unit was crowded even weird only 6 people. The living room/ dining area is very small
