Bedrooms and bathrooms

This two-story townhouse accommodates up to six guests in two bedrooms. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and a shower/tub combination. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, with an adjacent bathroom equipped with a shower.

Outdoor area

Surrounded by tall evergreens, the spacious, fully furnished patio invites you to fire up the gas grill and host a cookout.

In the winter, experience top-tier skiing at Winter Park Resort, a mere 10-minute drive away. For Nordic enthusiasts, the Devil's Thumb Ranch Nordic Center, recognized by USA Today, provides groomed cross-country trails just 12 minutes away. Meanwhile, the Winter Park Ski Area, Colorado’s fourth-largest resort, beckons with over 3,000 skiable acres and 3,060 vertical feet of enjoyment, a mere 15 minutes from your doorstep.

A short distance away, the Grand Park Community Recreation Center awaits, offering various amenities like pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a climbing gym, and basketball courts for a nominal daily fee.
