Soft winter light settles over the surrounding pines as you step into your Fraser retreat, where quiet mornings and crisp mountain air create a calm backdrop for your stay. After days spent exploring snowy trails or wandering through town, you can unwind by the gas fireplace or settle into one of the inviting living areas designed for gathering and relaxation. Evenings feel unhurried here, whether you’re sharing a warm meal indoors or slipping into the hot tub as the cold air rises around you.

Living spaces give you room to spread out, with a main living room featuring a 55" TV and a gas fireplace that adds gentle heat on winter days. A second living room offers another 55" TV along with DVDs and board games, making it a natural hangout spot for kids or anyone looking to settle in with a movie. High-speed wifi and a game console provide additional ways to spend time together between outings.

The kitchen is equipped for home cooking with the appliances and space you need to prepare meals at your own pace. A dining area sits nearby for shared breakfasts before heading out, and coffee is provided to ease you into the day. In winter, the covered patio offers a peaceful spot to step outside for fresh air, and the BBQ grill remains available for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors regardless of the season.

Great experience

Lots of space! Easily able to fit 10 people. The reading nook upstairs was also loved as a little retreat for people. We loved that the bus stop to get to the slopes was literally right outside the front door! The kitchen was also super well stocked. All the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you could want.

Wonderful Home / Management company lacking

I would like to start out this review by saying that this home is very nice, comfortable and in a wonderful location. However, the management company that oversees this home is severely lacking in capabilities. I was told we could arrive to check in early, we were there 30 min before check in time, and when we entered the home it had not been cleaned since the last guests had left. Towels, sheets, food, trash, etc all still there. When I called the management company they were unwilling to help me until 4 pm, and the man I spoke with was short, rude and condescending. I called back 30 min later and spoke to a different very nice person who was trying to help me, but since this is call center based he could only try to make various phone calls to help. When the housekeepers finally showed up to clean, it was after check in time and I was told we could not enter the home until they were done. I was told it would take them 2 hrs, in order for them to properly clean. They stayed for 45 min and did not clean well at all. There were food smudges all over the sink and refrigerator, trash piled in, on and around the trash bin in the garage and the floor was a mess. I was very disappointed with the management of this house and their treatment of me when I called to resolve it. I understand that during the busy season, slip ups can be made. It took a lot of effort on my part on my vacation to fix the issue and they never came to get the trash like they stated they would. I am still giving this home a good review because it was a great house and the owners did a great job decorating and providing essential items for it. The management company needs to be better and more on top of the properties they care for.

Unresponsive management

We showed up to piles and piles of trash in the garage. We even sent them pictures. There was no dishwasher soap and Vacasa was completely 100% unavailable and unresponsive on to text, voice call or email. Thank goodness we didn’t have any urgent need because you would be left on your own. For the excessive fees charged by these management companies I would expect more. Overall i will try to avoid properties managed by Vacasa.

Great house in a great location

This house was perfect for us and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs living room was perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed the downstairs living room. The townhouse was close to everything we wanted to do while there. If the house could have some additional towels and washcloths that would make it even better. With 8 of us going between the showers and hot tub we just had to make sure we kept up with washing them. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. The hot tub was a hit for everyone especially when it was snowing on us.

VERY BEAUTIFUL property!!! Pictures did not do this property justice. Very well equipped with all you need. Very well located. Only issues were some of the neighbors were strangers. Overall the stay was GREAT!!!

Spacious and convenient!!

This townhome was very clean and had plenty of room for three families with all our ski gear. Bunk beds and video game area for kids was nice. Beds were a little soft for our liking and pillows weren’t great, but overall positive experience with this property. Management company was very helpful.

Very nice and new duplex in Fraser. Right on the free shuttle bus line, made skiing a breeze, even with a 5 year old. Very conveniently located to many places in town including Safeway, the rec center, the bowling alley and restaurants. The property is well appointed with everything you could need and the property management company was very communicative and helpful. Only downside was that the WiFi was weak and intermittent, it gave all of our guests trouble and it was easier to tether to a phone in the end. This was not a big deal for us but something to consider if you need WiFi for work. I am sure the property management company would have tried to resolve it if we had let them know but we didn’t see the need. Would definitely stay here again.
