«We arrived this hotel in Guadeloupe after 18 hrs travel only to be informed after check in that the hotel did not have access to fresh water, showers or working toilets in any of the rooms. We stayed 3 days in 30 degrees in rooms with no access to shower, water or toilets. This due local strike. One toilet available in the reception 150 meters from room for all guests to share.
