Enjoy nearby Holts Landing State Park, golf at The Salt Pond, or local wine at Salted Vines Winery. For more excitement, head to Rehoboth Beach (15 miles) or Ocean City, MD (20 miles). Your perfect coastal getaway awaits!

In summary, this brand new beach house built in 2022 (2900 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom) offers a spacious and well-equipped retreat for you and your family.
-Upgraded GE Cafe series chef's kitchen, including a coffee station and full sets of cookware, tableware, glassware & cutlery
-High chair
-Gas grill with grilling utensils
-Screened-in porch overlooking wooded area
-High-speed internet service
-Two large-screen Smart TVs
-Desk with an office chair in the loft area
-Board games, corn hole, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, bodyboards, foosball table
-Outdoor security camera, located next to the garage, facing out towards the driveway
- You are required to bring your own linens (bed sheets, pillowcases)
- No smoking, vaping, pets, or events allowed

PARKING
-Two-car garage plus driveway for 2 vehicles
-No overnight parking in Lifestyle Complex, Sand Dollar Pool, or Peninsula Lap Pool
-Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, RVs boats, jet skis, trailers, or other oversized vehicles (per HOA)

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
The Master Community Association requires a $175 fee per rental period This fee shows up as an Property Fees. With that comes 10 wristbands and 2 fobs.
Wristbands and key fobs can be shared. Wristbands are not required for children under 4
This will give you access to:

You can also enjoy a relaxing day or night sitting outside in the clubhouse overlooking the lake or chatting in front of the fireplace

Beach Shuttle
Runs every hour from Thursday to Monday (Memorial Day to Labor Day) from the community to Bethany Beach, with multiple stops throughout the community

Security
This property features 1 exterior security camera and a house alarm system. The camera faces toward the driveway. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent by the owner to your email

Beautiful clean house in Millville by the sea

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) enjoyed our one week stay in Millville by the Sea. The owners were extremely responsive and the house was exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and basic supplies like spices, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.The owners also provided a welcome basket which was a nice touch! The lifestyle pool, just under a mile away, was perfect for our young children. It was a little too far to walk/bike with the kids but there was plenty of parking at the lifestyle center. We took advantage of the beach shuttle to Bethany Beach, very convenient as the shuttle stop was a 5 minute walk from the house. Conveniently, we were able track the location of the shuttle via a live link provided by the owners.

Memorial for Mother

We went to Bethany as family to remember our mother who used to take grandkids to the beach when they were all younger. She passed away last July, so we went back this year to have a celebration of life. The house was very clean and stocked well so we were comfortable for the weeks stay. This was very nice place and quiet neighborhood, would definitely stay again!

Great House !

We were happy with the size of the house. We had our family (5 adults and 3 children) and the house was more than big enough for us. Children were able to watch TV from upstairs and we were able to watch TV from the main floor. Two bedrooms in main floor and two bedrooms upstairs with one room containing 2 set of bunk beds, made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the house but we had to drive out 10- 15 min for groceries and restaurants and beaches so that was the only downside with this house location.

20 minute drive to the beach

This was a very new and clean property with many amenities. Our family of eight stayed here very comfortably. Would have liked one more bathroom, but we made it work. Pickleball courts were not finished until the end of the week, so we weren’t able to use them unfortunately, but they looked really nice. We never saw the shuttle come through the neighborhood. We wound up driving to the beach each time. Overall, it was a great visit in a wonderful vacation home. Thank you!

Paradise in Melville

We had a great time. Ocean beaches was just 20 mins away. Beautiful area. The house was extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. Very spacious house. The pool was just walking distance It was difinitely a great time.

Enormous and beautiful home in Millville.

This house was just what our family was looking for. A large and clean and very modern house with multiple lounging areas ( we are a lot of people!) and beautifully decorated. The pool was perfect for both kids and adults ( three pools actually but we only went to one). The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The proximity to Bethany Beach was great: less than 15 minutes away. The beach chairs and bikes were very appreciated too! The welcome basket was an added and unexpected bonus. Wonderful Stay

The place was jus like the pictures! The house was spotless upon our arrival and well stocked with all the utensils and amenities needed fir a family of seven. The rooms are spacious and the beds so comfortable that everyone loved sleeping in them. Access to three pools is included and it provides extra fun after being at the beach. This was truly one of the best vacations we have had in the past five years.

Beautiful Home

This was a truly beautiful place to stay during a beach vacation. The home offers so much space, was very clean and had everything we needed. The community pool and clubhouse was very nice. This is our 14th year coming to Bethany Beach and this home was one of our favorites. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome

This place is just like the pictures, beautiful. My family and I had a great vacation here. The owners were wonderful to deal with and answered my questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was such a bonus that they included towels in all of the bathrooms We also really appreciated that they had bikes and scooters to ride, beach chairs, and toys. This place was nice and spacious. There was room for everybody to spread out. It was very well decorated and very kid-friendly. The complex is very big but had plenty to do for everyone. We really enjoyed swimming in the pools. Everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly. This place is worth checking out!

Amazing house and owners

We absolutely loved this rental and the owners. The house was beautiful. They had bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels for us to use in each bathroom. The kitchen was updated and all the appliances were top of the line. The kitchen was very well stocked. We did bring our own griddle and crockpot but they had everything else we needed. The bedrooms we nice and big and the decorations were beautiful. The closest were huge and the bathrooms were all updated and very nice! All the kids had fun with the bikes they provided riding all over the complex. They loved the pool and the trails. The provided beach chairs and boogie boards were a huge bonus and we loved having them to use. Sitting out back on the enclosed patio was a nice way to end our evenings. Everyone we ran into amongst our travels was super nice. We loved that it was just a short drive to the beach as well. The kids loved how close it was to Bonkeys for ice cream. The owners were great with our questions and responded quickly. Overall we would love to stay here again and hope we can next year!
