A 15-minute walk from the city center, the RER C station, 40 minutes from Champ de Mars, Eiffel Tower and line H, 25 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord, and close to the A15 motorway.
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The house is rated 3 out of 5 stars by the Ministry of Tourism, which ensures a certain level of comfort and security.
Water, gas, and electricity are included in the nightly rate for normal use of the house. The permitted quantities are specified in the seasonal rental agreement, as well as any potential charges for excess consumption.

The house is heated from September 20th to May 15th by a gas boiler controlled by a programmable thermostat with two temperature settings: a comfort temperature of 19°C for daytime use and an economy temperature of 17°C for nighttime use and when the house is unoccupied.
Bed linens (pillowcases, fitted sheets, duvet covers), towels, washcloths, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, napkins, dish towels, sponges, dish soap, and garbage bags are provided.
Salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are also provided.
